La "construction de l'équipe" :D / Team building

Demain et après-demain (vendredi et samedi) j'ai la chance de participer à l'annuel week-end "de construction de l'équipe LED retrofits and modules". Tout le monde y va, même mon chef, c'est pour dire l'importance!

Tomorrow and the day after I'll have the chance to participate in the annual "team building" of the "LED retrofits and odules" team. Everyone is going, even my boss!

On part à Ningbo, une "petite ville" de 5 millions d'habitants, à 4h de Shanghai -donc proportionnellement, ça correspond à une distance d'environ Plesnois-Metz à l'échelle de la France- la porte à coté quoi!

We're going to Ningbo, a "small town" of 5 million inhabitants, 4 hours away from Shanghai -so proportionnally, it is like, let's say... the distance from Heinfjordstua to Trondheim, if you take the norwegian scale- very close indeed!

Programme: Rundown:

Day 1:

Ø   8:00-12:30    Shanghai to Shi Pu Li Gang Hotel

Ø  12:30-14:00    Check-in and having lunch

Ø  14:00-14:10    Warm up and grouping

Ø  14:10-16:40    Fishing & making kite

Ø  16:40-17:30    Resting

Ø  17:30-20:30    Beach BBQ and Bonfire party

Day 2:

Ø   7:30          Morning call

Ø   7:30-8:30     Breakfast and check out

Ø   8:30-11:30    Sports on beach

Ø   11:30-14:30   Free time for walking around Shi Pu ancient town

Ø   14:30-19:00   Back to Shanghai

4.       Please wear Team Building T-shirt and cap on the second day for group photographing.
